Local craftsmen and trades were project managed to beautifully restore a derelict 1800’s stone cottage / workshop back to life. Externally the design is in keeping with the vernacular architecture of the courtyard setting. Internally the cottage comprises a modern and bright open plan living space with sustainable features including solar panels and a wood burning boiler stove.
“The experience of dealing with a friendly and efficient architectural firm has been a pleasure. Your plans were as I visualised and I think it has made a wonderful living space from the dereliction we started from.”
