Dunn House Extension
This neglected 1970’s bungalow suffered from an awkward and untidy extension to the rear which accommodated a dining area and kitchen. This extension was demolished to make way for a new open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with direct access to new decking enjoying a south west aspect. At mezzanine level above the new kitchen a study area is created overlooking the open plan space and a feature bay window is incorporated to capture the scenic view of Ben Lomond in the distance. Internally the existing house is also transformed with a new master suite and reconfigured hallway incorporating storage and family bathroom.
